Simple job done on time. Communication re authorisation issues not effective. (see below).
Paula looked after everything, was courteous, polite and on the day of service everything wnt smoothly.
Good service, however I have noticed that my latest service (last week) has not been uploaded to my car.
After 2 hrs waiting I found the visual check was ok and no work done. No courtesy clean & vac. Attempted to charge me £190 for a free safety recall. Told me another recall in pipeline (ECU program) which is an all day submission. Not pleased.
Trying to get hold of Service team. After three messages and E mail ... No call back!
My car ended up being with Williams for longer than expected but they gave me use of a loan car.
Cost of first service. Car requires replacement drivers seat padding after 9500 miles.

failed to replace my air valve covers
I was told the brake fluid change would take about 90 mins. After 45 mins my car was still where I left it but it was ready after 90 mins as promised. Therefore the work took less the 45 mins. With more efficiency I would not have to wait so long.
Great service as usual from them though I did have to wait 11 days to get my car in which is a little long when it's running poorly
the software update took an extra day, but I was able to keep hold of the courtesy car so not inconvenient
I havent purchased a BMW
The person who discussed what has happened with my vehicle was kind and helpful. However, the issues remain. My vehicle is not safe and no one can tell me/ assure me it wont happen again.

I was being told off for not ringing the 24hr call out service and just bringing it in.
Managed to fit my car in with an emergency brake issue and resolved quickly
Car had a card saying it had been cleaned but when I got to the car there was marks on the inside and outside so the car was cleaned inside and outside when returning home
very quick turn round, would rate it 11 out 0f 10 if possible
Complimentary wash & valeting would have made it 5-star
Car was returned at time advised allowing to make appointments with work

quoted me excess of £750 for repairs that were not required, local bmw specialist knew the real issue as soon as i explained what had happened. BMW Rochdale refused to show me diagnostic printout after i questioned it
When my car wasn't ready I was allowed to keep the courtesy car for longer

Service cost is quite high. The vehicle wasn't cleaned at all as claimed in the service report. I had to wait a very long time for someone to attend to me when I came to pick up my car.
No courtesy car available. Expensive. Car had been cleaned and hoovered but carried out poorly.
Had to revisit Williams Rochdale within an hour after tyre Service with a pressure monitor problem. Was told the tyre pressures had been set incorrectly by the apprentice
All staff I met were fantastic, I attended with my baby and was offered tea/coffee/biscuits/cake as well as the cleaning ladies offering to warm a bottle and make me a sandwich. This answer could go on but all in all it was superb, felt like home.
Very pleased, the car was in and out on the same day and runs beautifully
Some members of the team were very lovely and helpful. Bmw standard however needs improving. The way a customer is spoken to and at least for us to feel youve done your best to fix our problem. It felt like they couldnt be bothered.
The contact person I was dealing with did not communicate to the extent I expected and did not return my calls when I was trying to find out what was going on. However the work done in my vehicle was fine.
Problem solved on first visit at minimal cost.
The car was handed back to me with dried water marks all over it so I needed to clean it and have it dried when I got it back.
Bmw promptly fixed the fault under the warranty free of charge really pleased

The vehicle continues to alert that a service is required after the service has been implemented ... and, some of the fault rectification work (rattling exhaust system) was not rectified during the service
Natalie Roscoe is very pleasant, friendly and helpful. My car service was a pleasant and hassle free experience. Natalie was able to provide me with answers for queries that I had and updated me promptly.

see above mainly due to the lenght of time for the diagnosis/repair and checks carried out with the vehicle prior to returning the vehicle, this happend multipme times over the past three months.
The matter regarding the corrosion has still not been resolved, this is despite correspondence with BMW complaints team.
As above. The lady I spoke to regarding my complaint actually managed to make the issue worse so in my honest opinion I feel the complaints manager for the service department may be in the wrong position as I feel they should resolve the problem.

I asked if the car could be ready by 2pm to allow time to collect my child from school. By 2-30, I hadn't received a call from the dealership so when I phoned up, I was told the car wasn't ready and had no record it needed early (it was on job sheet
I always find the guy who served me a bit distracted. He is pleasant and gets the job done but I don't feel any warmth from him

I have used Williams Rochdale for a number of years, in particular Philip Hilton, and have found him to be professional, knowledgeable and approachable at all times.
Phil was aware that my car insurance was due for renewal on April 2nd so he managed to get the sale through on April 1st, which is when my desired date was.
