Since I have got my car back it has had an intermittent roof fault that also has happen conveniently just as my car has gone out of warranty. Now they want to charge me to look at it! Accepting no responsibility for it. Service in BMW is now poor!!

My only issue was that the sat nav in the courtesy wasnt activated even though I was told that it would work fine.

Purchased a usd vehicle in August & it has been back to the garage 3 x times with the same problem, which still isn't resolved. It therefore goes back in later this month for two days.

Not really a service issue but i was surprised to see the service reminder come up on the dash after only having the car for a month or so (Purchased from Rochdale) thought this cost could have been factored in?
Service completed on time; the business centre is very useful and a very nice lunch provided. Car return valeted and in immaculate condition. Unfortunately the quote for replacement tyres did not include VAT and it now has a bluetooth problem

Speed of turnaround, on the day of purchase I was amazed with the service (car revealed from beneath a black sheet).

Cameron Dixon at Williams iRochdale is a credit to bmw with his friendly approach, great communication skills, and technical knowledge is the best I've seen. Big thing to me as a customer is that he communicates well during and after the sale.
The showroom is well stocked with all the latest models and the politeness and knowledge of the sales team is fabulous plus the showroom is emasculate from showroom to toilets and are always made to feel special
