Got what I wanted with no stress
Customer service agents are very accommodating and are very pleasant. Jenny who attended to me was very professional and Attentive
From my first phone call to collection of my vehicle everything went quite smoothly this time. On previous occasions I havent been so lucky. On this occasion I sometimes wish they wouldnt give my car a complementary wash and vac.

Just feel Williams Rochdale offer taxi service for customers to drop off and pick up cars for servicing. Other dealers do this.

Initially quoted 3hrs for brake pads change and MOT but, completed in less than 2hrs.
John Clegg the service advisor explains in depth all my concerns and goes that extra mile . Again always genuinely helpfull.
Previous experience of a different manufacturer was unsatisfactory
The car was with you for 4 days and neither of the problems I brought to your attention where dealt with and the car usually gets washed and cleaned but was not for some reason this time

Everything was easy and efficient from ringing to book to picking up my car. Friendly and helpful staff and the car looked as new as the day I bought it!
The service department were extremely helpful and kept me updated on the progress of my car. Paul dealt with my experience and kept me completely informed. The only slight disappointment was that the valet seemed a little poor this time.
Impressed by the forward thinking with regards to anticipating associated parts that may or may not be needed and having them on site ready for worst case.
Like I said earlier I need my car every day for work so when it's organised around that it makes my job easier.

One star dropped because it took four weeks after diagnosis to obtain and fit a replacement airconditioning condenser on my 64 plate 320D - this in July, one of the most likely periods to need aircon (although this year).
John kept me informed from start to finish, as I required a tyre to be replaced while the car was being serviced
Easy to talk to me very efficient
They gave me options for my service, ie a time to suit me. I was given the price in advance so no nasty suprises . I opted to wait while the vehicle was serviced and I was served complimentary coffee and Biscuits excellent service.

The service woman was fantastic! Would have been 5 stars but the car valet on the inside was extremely disappointing- I called service to complain.
Poor customer service. I gave the service department an opportunity to respond to a letter but they didn't even reply - after two days I phoned them. In my profession we always respond within 24 hours even if it is an acknowledgement.

This was a completely stress free experience, unlike previous experiences with different manufacturers dealers. I have had some very bad experiences where car salesmen have not listened to me and treated me like an idiot. Quite the opposite at BMW.

We were always informed of the progress of the purchase, the trade in of ours and the change of number plate. When we arrived to collect the new car it was ready and waiting, in sparkling condition and everything was explained.
Not only was Aisha incredibly helpful, her manager Matt was also really friendly. This made the whole experience even smoother.This is the only BMW centre I have been in that has provided this kind of service.
The sales staff are always knowledgeable and efficient_no question is left unanswered. The centre is very welcoming and a comfortable place to do business and all the staff were very professional.
I was made to feel important, special and unrushed during this time. The sales assistant Phil Hilton at Rochdale even stayed longer to make sure I understand all the features on the car even when the showroom had shut.
