Poor customer service. I gave the service department an opportunity to respond to a letter but they didn't even reply - after two days I phoned them. In my profession we always respond within 24 hours even if it is an acknowledgement.

I was very pleased with the video of my car sent to me the following day. The mechanic in the video told me that one of my tyres needed to be changed ASAP, however, this wasn't made clear to me at the garage and have now had the tyre changed locally.

I was able to do my work, by bringing my laptop in - where there were a few tables in a quiet area and plug sockets available. Refreshments were available, free of charge, all taste great too. Toilets are very clean, and well checked-on.

I experienced my first puncture in a run-flat tyre and wasn't sure how best to deal with it. A phone call to BMW put my mind at ease and arranged an appointment the following day to replace the faulty tyre.
I cant fit into this box what I would like to say but my car was dented whilst it was at Williams. Although Williams didn't believe this to be the case their service recovery was very good.

Not only was Aisha incredibly helpful, her manager Matt was also really friendly. This made the whole experience even smoother.This is the only BMW centre I have been in that has provided this kind of service.
The sales staff are always knowledgeable and efficient_no question is left unanswered. The centre is very welcoming and a comfortable place to do business and all the staff were very professional.
I was made to feel important, special and unrushed during this time. The sales assistant Phil Hilton at Rochdale even stayed longer to make sure I understand all the features on the car even when the showroom had shut.
