I thought all was well at first but was shocked when a message came up on my screen a week after my service telling me I needed coolant. Whenever a car comes in for service I feel all fluids should be checked as part of a good service.

When i paid for the service contract i was told you would provide a courtesy car, this did not happen unless i was prepared to wait one month.
Poor communication, sent my car home with an electrical fault it did not have when going in and alarm went off all night. When went back in again no communication and were some what rude. -Paula was the only lady there that helped and resolved things
Never kept uptodate and promise of a return phone call never happened!
Is there not an option for zero stars?
Only negative is that you should communicate better with your customers, phone and tell customers

every thing was ready for me
Car collected / returned on time with a friendly face & beautifully clean, Service done.
Sat nav updated and car cleaned. Hire car for the day was good
Michael Bailey made it easy to find my car and answered any questions I had
Almost perfect but the car was in all day for a first service and when I was phoned in the afternoon to say the car was ready I still had a considerable wait in the showroom while the car was being cleaned.

Easy to deal with. Provided food and drink whilst waiting. Happy to help the customer. Service technician missed the corrosion on wheel (for the 2nd time) but manager sorted it out.

My wife was completely looked after whilst the service of my BMW was carried out. Coffee,cakes and buiscuits, was even given lunch.
I was told i had a damage tire but the price of it was confusing, first i was told to pay £134 on the phone, when i was about to get the car i was told to pay £207. The staff took my £140 and said not to worry she'll sort it out. That scares me

Nothing gets fixed first time, courtesy cars have to be booked weeks in advance. Staff very pleasant, but I don't expect to have to keep returning with a "Premium" BMW product.

The printer was unable to print out the service record and I was informed that it would instead be sent to me via the post however I am still waiting to receive this
They said 90 minutes and that's what it took, I waited and found plenty to look at and the refreshments are great.

Said that my car had been clean inside and out but hadn't been at. Wrong mileage put on sheet.
Felt like the person at the end who took the money after the service was very rude. Asked him a few questions and was given arrogant responses. Says you get the car washed and cleaned, was dirty and had not been cleaned
In addition to my above comments, most of the work on my car has been done at BMW Rochdale and despite this they showed no loyalty whatsoever, I have even had family and friends buy cars from here based on my recommendations.
Very polite and helpful staff. Gave us a ring to keep us updated on the progress. Just half a mark off as although taxi offered to get us home (which is fantastic service), we had to make our own way back which isnt necessarily easy with no car
After general service the stop/start did not and still does not operate.
Initial response to my request for a replacement tyre yielded an answer of a couple of days to source then in addition that the dealership was fully booked. Not much use when your vehicle isnt driveble due to a large hole in a tyre.
Wasn't told at the time that brake fluid service was due within a few weeks. Both could have been done at the same time. Not happy !
Customer service was good. Completed in a timely manner. Cost for what was done is completely ridiculous. This will seriously put me off using the service centre once the warranty has run out and may put me off buying BMW in the future.
