I was able to do my work, by bringing my laptop in - where there were a few tables in a quiet area and plug sockets available. Refreshments were available, free of charge, all taste great too. Toilets are very clean, and well checked-on.

I experienced my first puncture in a run-flat tyre and wasn't sure how best to deal with it. A phone call to BMW put my mind at ease and arranged an appointment the following day to replace the faulty tyre.

I cant fit into this box what I would like to say but my car was dented whilst it was at Williams. Although Williams didn't believe this to be the case their service recovery was very good.

I was told that the waiting time on the service for my car would be 3hrs. Preparing for the wait I was delighted when, 1hr40mins later I was informed my car was ready and that they had put two mechanics on it to try and save me waiting. Fantastic.

Service advisor tried to get me to replace a new tyre (£232) because it had a drawing pin/tack in it, causing no damage to a 6 month old tyre. It was removed by a reputable tyre dealer at no charge

The Williams bmw showroom is amazing. Staff are really friendly, it is excellently presented, the range of cars on show is huge, and the refreshments, toilets, etc are of hotel standard. I loved visiting the showroom.

A very knowledgeable sales person (Mike Anderson), who was enthusiastic about the product he was selling. I felt comfortable dealing with him and at no time was I made to feel pressured about the purchase.
