This is my first ever BMW and when I collected my brand new car I was made to feel special, the whole experience was fantastic.

I cannot give 5 stars as the car was barely washed. It looks like there was a bit of a jet wash to the windows and bonnet and the rest of the car including the wheels, side skirts and bumpers were untouched, even with the jet wash :( I was not happy.

The only problem I had,the mot failed it needed a new tyre.They didn't have a replacement tyre which I found a bit annoying the size of the company that they didn't stock them.So I had to rebook to have the tyre fitted on the Monday and a retest mot

Williams did not change the engine oil in my car and I suspect the oil filter was not changed either after paying over £400.00 for a service I feel totally let down by Williams I will not be returning to any of their centres in the future.

All good with the service , it was booked on for a full day. Very happy the service was completed early . I had an issue with my screen washer , I was told this was because I had not used BMW screenwash which is ridiculous! I

The service lady was a little apprehensive to help at first and repeatedly encouraged me to use the self check in machine, despite me explaining that I needed to speak with someone and add something onto my job list. This left a bad impression on me.

The service was quite average, the staff didn't look very engaged and I wasn't given a warm welcome by any staff member. The women who served me asked me if it was okay to wash and hoover my car, I agreed but upon collection neither was done.

I'm super grateful for BMW UK and the Rochdale branch, following the goodwill repair done on the vehicle. All staff were super helpful, in particular Keeley at the service desk, who kept me informed at all stages and arranged a courtesy car.

On booking and also at check in I was informed that the service should be 1.5 hrs. Because of this I decided to wait on site. With very little communication or explanation my car took 3.5hrs - over twice as long and I missed an important meeting!

It was ok the only thing I would say is I dropped the car off at 8.45 but it did not move until 9.30 so then it was not ready until 12.20 I was waiting for it as well so it was a bit of a long wait

My only issue was the very poor attempt at cleaning the car. Granted this is a free service but the level of quality was terrible. If you are offering to clean the car, either do it properly to a standard that fits the brand or don't bother.

My wife collected the car on my behalf and was presented with an invoice totalling £177.77 which she settled in full , i was quoted a price of £118.09 by your booking agent when the booking was made .

Poor, nobody apologised for the inconvenience that was caused by the fault on my vehicle, which happened to be a software upgrade fail, I had to ask for my car to be valeted only to be told it would take30mins, the staff did a poor job of cleaning it

Car in for a service, MOT and recall system update. Car dropped off at 8:30 but was phoned @ 4pm to say work would run into next day! I missed a family Christmas meal as a result add no apology was offered! Terrible experience will not be going back!
