While you wait service done within 2 hours. I would have given a score of 5 if the dealer had stamped the service book before I left which ment I had to return to get it stamped correctly. This should be part of the car hand back process.

I was hoping my car would be mended alongside the service I’d booked. Unfortunately it needed a new part which had to be ordered. It was frustrating that I couldn’t book in for this work to be done for 3 more weeks because I’d need a hire car again.

After five days without my car I went to an independent garage and they were able to correct the problem first time.
