Lovely facilities and attentive polite staff. Only let down by £60 charge for new wipers on a £120,000, nine month old car with 8,000 miles on it, to cure noisey wipers. And a rattle that the technician couldn't find, that rattles permantely.

The car wasn't ready at the time they stated and they didn't keep me updated. My faraday pouch was missing when I collected the car - this contained my garage key, meaning I couldn't put my car in my garage. And I've had to get the lock replaced.
