The car wasn't ready at the time they stated and they didn't keep me updated. My faraday pouch was missing when I collected the car - this contained my garage key, meaning I couldn't put my car in my garage. And I've had to get the lock replaced.

The service reception person was very helpful indeed. My car was booked in at 9am ready to collect at 5pm. I explained I have 3hrs of travelling on buses etc. He arranged for my car to be ready for 10:30 which enabled me to wait in reception great!

I had my car serviced on February 19, 2026. Just two days later, the dashboard indicated that the pressure in all four tires was low, even though I had replaced two of them during the service. Additionally, one of the tires is missing its valve cap.

Incorrect tyre details sent on vehicle check as confirmed by the service Agent to whom I spoke to when I went to collect my car. Could have resulted in me ordering the wrong tyre replacement and fitting wrong size / type of tyre on my car.

We didn't feel time had been given to the car. Given a quote of about £4000 to fix our car, but would need the car for two more days which would be another £120 starting cost. We took it somewhere else and it cost us £60!
