I dealt with Phil Hilton, he was very easy to do business with, flexible and extremely efficient. I appreciated all the little touches, some extras in the boot, revealing the car from underneath the sheet. Little touches that make the experience.

The process of buying our new car, and settling the finance on our previous BMW, was so easy from start to finish. Labecca was so easy to speak to, and made the experience for us so personal. We love the car and Williams Rochdale have been great.

I was booked in for a service at 9am and was told it was around 2.5 hours my car didn't move for the first hour and I left after 12 noon. If I was booked in for a time I expect a quicker response from you.
