Great service, only issue was getting hold of service department on the phone. Very busy!
Service seems to have been done but I was fobbed off on another issue. I had a seat belt replaced under warranty but the wrong colour trim was fitted. Dealer denied making the error, then said they would investigate and phone me back. Still waiting.
My vehicle was called in for a recall in December so I also had the front disks and pads changed. The service indicator on the onbaord computer was never reset. The vehicle then went in for a service in August I asked if they could rectify this issue
Work carried out within scheduled time
Dissatisfied with car servicing team. I rang for an appointment and was told someone was going to ring me back which they didnt I then had to follow it up. When I got there the lady did not aknowledge my presence and kept typing away at ther computer
Car delivered back with insufficient coolant, dealer initially suggested i contact BMW assist, I refused and made them collect, report back when I collected my keys it was confirmed coolant needed and HV was off, no satisfactory explanation given
I had arranged to wait whilst the service was carried out having been told it would take 90 minutes. It over-ran by another 45 minutes and I had to raise an issue before it was ready for me to take away.
Efficient service completed on time, with favourable price
Williams BMW are exellent ambassadors for BMW . Any queries or questions i have had about service have been dealt with in an excellent way , and my dealings with our sales representative Aysha have been very friendly and professional .

Under warranty I required all 4 wheel humbs re- painting as they had severely rusted within a few weeks. I was disappointed that the brake calipers that have also rusted were not dealt with at the same time now have to wait for another warranty claim
Mainly down to the way you carry out the service and the work is done promptly.

Service staff exceptional
I waited while it was done and worked on my laptop with a coffee which was really handy. It didn't take long and my car was also cleaned and hoovered at the same time which was a nice finishing touch.

Great service although I had a shock with the tax band on the car. Mayby be a measure to let customers no the price of the car tax as it can be a shock
I had a problem with a car and it's been delft with at Williams
No Courtesy car on a vehicle recall , and my car was not cleaned properly . I had to chase to see if my car was ready as nobody had called me
The staff are polite and helpful but my car has been in more than once for the same issues and they still have not been resolved.

A lack of communication from Service reception to customer
Complimentary clean of car let it down, empty can left in vehicle and didn't at all look like it had been washed/vacuumed for more than 2 minutes, was very impressed previously but not this time.
I like the efforts made for hospitality whilst waiting and enjoy the refreshments, clean facilities and staff courtesy
Pointless recall and then the car wasn't cleaned properly. Streaky and worse than how it was left!
As per my previous reply, why after having a planned booking for a recall were we told at 4pm that parts had to be ordered.

I came in because a warning light had come on for tires just after I had the car serviced and a pre MOT test. After I was told that there was to much air in my tires, how could this happen just after a service.

I phoned BMW emergency 13/072019 1100, service car didn't arrive until 1300, car towed away at around 1400, rental car didn't phone me up, it took me another call to BMW to get them to call me at 1800. continue below -
Everything was fixed took longer than expected but i was kept in the loop
Arrived at 9.40 left at 4.45pm due to electrical issue. Service were insisting I'd had a recall on my vehicle. The recall arrived 3 days later. He also blamed me for the electrics going as I'd not regularly de-paired my phone. never told this.
I had booked a 90 minute express service confirmed at booking and at arrival After 140 minutes I enquired and told it was a 180 minute service. I got my car back after 240 min I was charged for a vehicle inspection No-one had bothered communicating

The gentleman I dealt with on the service desk was polite, courteous, helpful and prompt.
Made me wait 9 days to have vehicle inspected, then didn't inspect it. Made me pay for fitting of a defective spring on a 38 month old car. When repaired other rear spring found to be defective. Could have been avoided. No help in dealing with BMW UK
Easy to book
Booked car in as fault appeared on rear fog light. I elxplained fsilt when booked in but this wasn't correctly understood and resulted in me having to book car in again. 2nd time other bulb was replaced and was told that 1st bulb had fallen out.
The service was performed in good time and at a very competitive price. The checklists and service items were explained well.

Philip Hilton at Williams BMW Rochdale was extremely professional and helpful with dealing my case to find a car.
Martin kept me informed at all times. He helped me decide colours of car and interior. He was professional throughout, even as to me having to rearrange appointments. He gave me Franchesca's contact number Incase I had any queries.
The only issue was the handover, all my other cars were in the showroom covered over, with an individual notice of ownership. On this occasion it was outside on full view. It was quickly taken inside but no notice of ownership.
