My car wouldn't download the Idrive 7 update so was told to get it booked in at my dealer by BMW uk. Booked in with courtesy car and everything sorted same day.
Longer than average wait when my vehicle was booked in for its MOT, however was able to wait in the showroom. The waiting area was clean and Covid safe. I was looked after in the service department by Natalie Dixon at Rochdale BMW.
Contacted me promptly to tell me the work was completed and the car was ready to be collected.
BMW went beyond my expectations by even carrying out a health check at absolutely no cost and it was my first time to see underneath my car since I first bought it. This gave me a clear indication of what needed doing especially my front tyres.
Even working under the current restrictions, the staff at Rochdale were friendly, just as they always are. It's the people at Williams Rochdale BMW that make me return.

Everything went well and as described to me. I had chosen to wait whilst the service and MOT were performed and although the facilities had been curtailed due to the Pandemic the wait was comfortable and safe. The visit was as exactly as expected
The lady on reception was lovely, the service department did a great job of making and fitting my new plates and providing me with prices on some other matters, I was really pleased

I needed a short notice appointment due to pending Mot expiry and was able to get one within 48 hours on a Saturday morning. Suited me perfectly.
Even though reception recommended i do it myself from a petrol garage as it would be cheaper, BMW staff agreed to fill in the AdBlue, and saved me the hassle of dealing with the empty containers and left overs. Much closer to zero waste. Thanks

Very happy with the whole experience. Williams of Rochdale did a great job organising everything over the phone and through emails.
Francesca organised a test of a manual in the version of the car I wanted, but then because I wanted an auto, also let me test an auto immediately afterwards in a different version of the car just to get a feel for the auto.

Considering the Williams Rochdale are dealing with the Covid 19 Pandemic, they were very good.
We were given lots of choices in terms of customising the car. I was shown around the car before leaving too which was great and I was able to get further help if needed too.

Given the constraints of the Covid lockdown this time was a different experience but under these circumstances I still am 100% satisfied with the service.
Quality of the vehicle is amazing it is everything I imagined and more
