The staff went that little bit further to ensure we were treated as valued customers. From the service reception staff to the driver who dropped our car off. BMW Rochdale's service is excellent, in particular the collection and return option.

Car is now fixed and back to normal. Thought that there was a lack of communication from BMW garage on this occasion. I don't like to do a negative report for anything, but on this occasion I felt it necessary to say something. Sorry.

There was a lack of updates on my vehicles progress and I was told I had been telephoned when I hadnt been contacted, my car hadnt been cleaned when I arrived to pick it up although I had arranged a time to pick up the previous day.

Would have received a score of 5 but my wait was slightly longer than expected.

While you wait service done within 2 hours. I would have given a score of 5 if the dealer had stamped the service book before I left which ment I had to return to get it stamped correctly. This should be part of the car hand back process.

I was surprised that I couldnt pay by on line transfer at the end of the day.The Gentleman who dealt with me was not very informed about facts.He had to ask his superiors several times.
Always do a good job. One start deducted for the difficulty/waiting list associated with a courtesy car.
My BMW had work done it was very quick and nice to get it back all nice and clean with a free of charge valet

Everything was great with the exception of a slightly unpalatable odour in the car on return. A much more neutral smelling cleaning product should be used.

I was hoping my car would be mended alongside the service Id booked. Unfortunately it needed a new part which had to be ordered. It was frustrating that I couldnt book in for this work to be done for 3 more weeks because Id need a hire car again.

Process of leaving the car worked well. Service representatives were all busy when I came to collect my car so I had to wait for a while before I was seen by a person.

No explanation given for high price of service - request was made to check Aircon as I thought it especially during the hot weather that it was not adequate ( compared to other cars in our company) and did not seem as effective as it used to be
It took 5 separate trips for the issue with the engine management systems to be resolved.
As explained earlier Phil really made me comfortable on doing a deal with my car and his communication was excellent throughout the whole experience.

Apart from one hiccup on the technical side of checking the tyres my experience is always good and the main reason I have chosen to buy Bmw for my next car which is no longer a fleet car. Hopefully this will continue.

After five days without my car I went to an independent garage and they were able to correct the problem first time.
Because the reception staff are really helpful pleasant and very good how they treat you with dignity and respect. The engineerd always explain in detail are very fair.you always feel you have been given the best quality care of your vehicle
The cost for the replacement parts was more than 25% of other dealers and as the car was going through its MOT I was held to ransom to have these parts changed despite the car computer advising otherwise

The work was done on time and contact was made with myself to pick the car up at the earliest opportunity
Video of the car inspection was issued (and welcome) but no audio with the video. Left messages for BMW Services to call me back (Jenny) but didn't hear anything. The technician pointed out key items in the video but Ive no idea what he is discussing

Couldn't get a test drive although the dealership had a vehicle available.Bought the car at the full ticket price but couldn't get a small concession i.e. a free £75 holdall bag - this is still really annoying me now 1 week later.
