The tyre was replaced, but the tracking was not done and the wheels were out of line. I took the car to my local BMW dealership today only to find that there was a huge amount of damage to the suspension arm that had not been found by Williams.
Was told it would be ready for 4pm, got there at 4.10. Not ready!! Told to get a coffee, at 440 went to the desk, told it was just ready. They took my phone number in the morning-,why didn't they ring me!
This is the third time I've had the pleasure of dealing with Natalie Dixon, and as with the previous 2 occasions, she was extremely polite and helpful.

The knowledge and experience of the staff at Williams Rochdale is very impressive, particular with regard to identifying and resolving problems.
The service work was completed to the usual standard; however an additional request for damaged bodywork to be quoted for was ignored. I now have to arrange for the vehicle to be returned a second time, which is difficult.
Other than the problem ststed in question 1, a very good experience.
All williams dealerships have the same attitude to customers. I also bought a Range Rover from Williams Manchester which had paint issues. The Sales person and the aftersales team denied all knowledge of the conversation after purchase

This is the second car I've bought in 12 months from Williams Rochdale, from Philip Hilton a sales exec. It's the third car in total that I've bought from the dealership. Without doubt the best dealership and sales exec I have ever bought cars from.

We went to our local dealership which is all brand new premises in Old Trafford and we were ignored. Went 15 miles away to the Rochdale one and was made welcome. It's the same at my motorcycle dealership in Stretford, they are brilliant and friendly

Not sure about the mini pod casts The email from the factory was nice but many steps missed out to enjoy the full experience from tin to paint to on the transporter. The sales staff however could not be anymore accommodating and courteous
