No explanation given for high price of service - request was made to check Aircon as I thought it especially during the hot weather that it was not adequate ( compared to other cars in our company) and did not seem as effective as it used to be

Process of leaving the car worked well. Service representatives were all busy when I came to collect my car so I had to wait for a while before I was seen by a person.

Apart from one hiccup on the technical side of checking the tyres my experience is always good and the main reason I have chosen to buy Bmw for my next car which is no longer a fleet car. Hopefully this will continue.
After five days without my car I went to an independent garage and they were able to correct the problem first time.
Because the reception staff are really helpful pleasant and very good how they treat you with dignity and respect. The engineerd always explain in detail are very fair.you always feel you have been given the best quality care of your vehicle
The cost for the replacement parts was more than 25% of other dealers and as the car was going through its MOT I was held to ransom to have these parts changed despite the car computer advising otherwise

Video of the car inspection was issued (and welcome) but no audio with the video. Left messages for BMW Services to call me back (Jenny) but didn't hear anything. The technician pointed out key items in the video but Ive no idea what he is discussing
The work was done on time and contact was made with myself to pick the car up at the earliest opportunity

Being past from pillar to post and never being given any real information and of course the car never being handed back with the problem resolved.
Im proud to own a BMW however a few noises and rattles Im hearing on my brand new BMW M2 were not identified during an inspection. I would have appreciated the opportunity to demonstrate these noises to service personnel.
As above Ran out of characters Head office are not a complaints team and just liars with Williams on your behalf. She spoke over me, spoke off a script and wasnt really emperthetic - waste of time Social team were quick to reply - that was good

Poor communication. Never available to speak to when I ring up. Never ring you back when I left a message to do so.I was told my car would be ready betweenn 2-3pm but never received a phone call to left me know if I could collect it.

I rang and left a message with reception since service department was busy .No one rang me back . My car has to come back in due to fault on gear box . You want it for three days . I couldn't get a courtesy car for three weeks

I found it very difficult to book my service in the first instance, in fact 72 attempts on the phone before the line was free and answered. Once booked, the service experienced was excellent, friendly staff, efficient process and clear explanation.

Everything done as service required plus seat belt delivery problem cured.Service interval notice on dash had not updated, apparently this was something to do with BMW service centre rather than Williams, but was rectified very quickly.

Very satisfied with the service from the garage, however, the the invoice did say the car had been washed and cleaned when it clearly had not been touched.
Vehicle fault was sorted under warranty as soon as I could make it available although I was disappointed that no courtesy car was available on that date and first available was 12 days later.

The car service was great and waiting in the cafe area was too.I was let down by not having my body work answer fully given and nothing happened regards the dash cam (I want to buy them but have questions)
Would have been 5* but the courtesy car had barely enough petrol in to get me back to Huddersfield and there are no filling stations in between.
They collected my car fixed the problem then returned it to me fully valeted what a service can't fault it

Delivery and the handover was very easy and efficient.
