Paula Dearlove was an absolute superstar in sorting out my repair issues - especially with the Insurance Co. who were slow to agree to the work that needed to be done.
2 days prior to dropping my car off for a service I received a call confirming the appointment was still suitable. On the day my 7 series was fully serviced and valeted for collection well in advance of the stated time of collection - excellent!
As last question.
My wife was told on returning a courtesy car she would be collecting a hire car. On arrival she was told that my car would be ready in 15 to 20min. She waited around 2.5 hours. She missed a very important appointment.

Took my car to have the windscreen replaced and have some damage looked at caused by a stone chipping. James Norton from body shop was terrific. Great attitude and some really good advice. Went the extra mile. Superb

I kept saying from the start the phone was not what properly, in and out of connection! Don't think anyone believed me. It took 2 years for them to check it out properly .
Both my oil service and recent tyre replacements were arranged very quickly and the professionalism of the staff was great!

In the past when my X3 has been in for " services" you have washed and vacuumed it .Not so this last time.
Williams Rochdale are not the nearest dealership to us but are well worth the extra distance since they always go the extra mile to please!

My car had its first service, on driving I noticed some displays missing. I phoned Williams and was told I will have to reset everything. my worst complaint was the auto switch for the lights was turned off and I drove the next day with no lights.

Car was sent to Rochdale for alignment by Bolton. Car was returned with incorrect alignment meaning a trip back to Bolton to fix
No issues all was as arranged.
Car was collected and returned in a timley fashion, work was carried out as expected, car was washed and vacuumed.
My answer relates to the service of the vehicle and the additional visual vehicle check required. I had a 3 year service agreement when I bought the car and when I had the second service done recently I was told that the visual would cost approx. £79
All the work needed was clearly explained and then carried out , even down to a very good valet
Happy with service, but would have appreciated the windscreen washers being filled. I can do this myself, but it seems to be a very slow process!

Took nearly 3 days to fit two tyres! Typically takes kwik fit an hour...
I wasn't totally confident that some of the questions I wanted answered were not convincingly answered Instead feeling more for the dealers convenience. I couldn't decide.

Very good service. my vehicle was in for repair for two days. A call in the morning on the second day would have been good as I wasn't sure if I would be without a car over the weekend. I did get a call in the afternoon once the work was complete.
Given a 90 minute slot. Was over this and when I promoted staff there was a further delay because the mechanic went out on a test drive with my keys. Finally left 25 minutes after the agreed time arriving late for an important appointment.
I thought the simple job I had done took a little too long.
Because I wasn't given the choice chance opportunity to sort out Amy problem the car had felt wrong footed trapped.
Obtained a flat tyre on Journey home, luckily on run flat but stopped in with no phone call & I was sorted out in good time, no appointment as you tend not to plan a puncture & I know John Clegg went out of his way to get me fixed and on the road.
Professional customer service
We had to spend a day at the dealers to facilitate the service but they were attentive and kept us comfortable all day, supplying us with lunch and drinks throughout.
Couldn't do enough for us. Found us the perfect car, good deal, great people.

Faulty part was replaced
My car was dropped off and diagnosed very quickly I was given the option of our it would be dealt with which I chose and the service was completed very efficiently.
Warning from on-board computer to stop driving within 4 days of service due to danger of engine overheating. Coolant level very low. I would have thought oil & water checks were a basic check during any service.
Outstanding customer service provided by both Dave (Parts Dept) & Jenny (Service Dept). They always go the extra mile to be exceptionally helpful.
