My main contact throughout was Francesca Butterworth who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and helped me choose and select the right car and specification. Once I had ordered the car I was kept updated regularly and the handover was really nice

My car unfortunately had to be kept in overnight awaiting a part. I have 2 babies and not having access to another car would be extremely difficult but Mohammad ensured I got a courtesy vehicle overnight and ensured the part arrived on time.

My car has an MOT within the 7 days prior to the appointment which did not show any of the recommendations highlighted by BMW. Some of the recommendations inferred that the car would not pass its MOT which was not the case.

The only thing I would wish to change is the new automated AI robot voice that answers the phone. You already have amazing friendly human staff, so please don't replace them with cold unfriendly robots!

Just that you had the car all day for the MOT. Despite it being booked in 2weeks prior. I called earlier to pick it up since you had it from 9.30am but had to wait a further 2hrs. So it was 5.30pm when completed

The technician deemed my car un driveable. I've had three other opinions and every single person has said BMW have over exaggerated things. From being under the impression my car wasn't safe, I was nearly hospitalised with anxiety. So much more.

Before the service took place, the support from Thalia in the customer service centre was excellent. I have 2 BMW vehicles and she helped me get them both booked in and a service plan set up for both. The service on the day was also great

The quality of work was good, and the service advisor on the day was friendly. However there was a significant delay in my car being ready which I was only informed of when I was already on my way. The mechanic also left a tool under my bonnet.

Work seemed to be completed to required standard. Vehicle inspection is also very useful and mini valet also appreciated. As my car is a little older I'm aware the servicing is discounted but still seemed relatively expensive hence 4/5

3 issues reported. 1 issue not able to recreate. 2 addressed ( or I thought so) 1 of the addressed issues reoccurred the following morning. I travelled near 180 miles back and to twice for 2 of 3 issues to not be resolved.
